For fast reading not usable

To many contras:

- No Shortcuts
- Open in browser must be done with mouse clicks
- Open in browser is not working

This is a slowdown in my reading style. Used for 10 Minutes and deleted!

Hints for new Features
- Add google reader / vim like shortcuts (for pros)
- Add simple shortcuts for the rest
